Cancellation period Majabox

We have a cancellation period of two weeks for our storage spaces. If the end date is not the last day of the month, the extra amount of money paid for the month will be immediately returned to your bank account along with the deposit.

Completing the cancellation of rental agreement

After we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation with an explanation about the completion process such as the condition of the storage space upon leaving, the delivery of the keys and the return of the deposit.
