Majabox BV guarantees the privacy of website visitors and ensures that personal information visitors provide are treated confidentially as stipulated in the privacy law. By using the information on the website you agree with this privacy statement.

Collating and processing personal information
Personal details of visitors to the website are not monitored, collated or processed, and Majabox does not use cookies.

Any personal details provided by the visitor when filling in the contact form on the website are kept as long as necessary to give a full answer and to complete the process.

Company and personal details that customers provide are used by Majabox internally in order to complete a rental agreement related to services provided, or due to the justifiable need to fulfil lawful requirements, as well as the managing of any resulting relationship.

This concerns basic information such as:
- the first and surname of the company of the customer and the function; - contact details such as postal address, (cell) telephone number and e-mail address; - financial information, such as the bank number of the customer; - any extra personal details such as identity documents, date of birth and nationality.

The details are put in the CRM and bookkeeping system and managed and kept as long as it is necessary for the above mentioned purpose and to fulfil legal requirements.

Alongside this personal details of visitors are collated via camera images. It is necessary to collate these details in order to complete a contract and to fulfil legal requirements.

The camera images are not kept longer than necessary (in principle max four weeks), unless there has been an incident such as theft. If so then the images are kept until the incident is closed.

Providing to third parties

Majabox BV does not give personal details to third parties, with the exception of her ICT providers.

Security of details

Majabox BV has taken technical and organisational measures to protect the personal details of customers against loss, misuse or unauthorised access by third parties. Moreover Majabox BV requires that her ICT provider takes similar necessary technical and organisational security measures.

Privacy rights

Customers can write to Majabox BV requesting access to their personal details. Should the details provided by Majabox contain inaccuracies, then a written request can be sent asking to change or delete the details. Customers of Majabox BV can also send a written request with explanation asking for a restriction to their personal details, or they can make an objection to the processing of their personal details.
